The Tennessee Narcotic Officers Association (TNOA) Fall Conference is set to take place from November 10th - November 14th, 2025, at the Westin Chattanooga located at 801 Pine Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402. The event will kick off at 8:00 a.m. on November 10th and conclude at 12:00 noon on November 14th. Vendors can check in and begin setting up on Sunday November 9th, once conference registration has opened that afternoon. There will be regular breaks during training each day to allow attendees to visit the vendor tables.

Vendor tables will be positioned in the walkway, outside the training room doors, to maximize exposure. Table assignments will be given by TNOA staff upon the vendor's first arrival and remain fixed throughout the conference.

Extension cords, surge protectors, etc., will not be supplied by TNOA.

Please note that while the venue staff will secure the building overnight, TNOA is not accountable for safeguarding any vendor property, and vendors are responsible for securing their belongings. The vendor area may be accessed by non-law enforcement individuals such as venue staff, venue video surveillance, and other guests. TNOA staff will work to maintain these areas for law enforcement officers only but may lack complete authority or resources to do so.

Vendors interested in taking part in the conference giveaways, involving an item of their choice, should contact TNOA via email at contacttnoa@gmail.com for further details and arrangements. TNOA staff will manage the display and distribution of products each day at the conference.

STEP ONE: REGISTRATION

  • Please click the button below to fill out a registration form and follow the steps. This form will need to be filled out for each vendor attending the conference. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provide on the form. The email will have links to cancel the registration, if you choose, as well as the ability to edit any information you previously provided.

    • To complete the registration process for the conference, follow these steps:

      1. Fill out the registration form for each vendor attending.

      2. Select either "Pay Now" or "Pay Later" on the form.

      3. If you choose to pay online during registration, select "Pay Now" and you will receive a payment receipt via email.

      4. For other payment options – such as check or cash – print the registration email and mail the payment and form to P.O. Box 292673, Nashville, TN 37229, ATTN: T.N.O.A.

      5. If an invoice is required, email your request to contacttnoa@gmail.com. Treasurer Mike Hotz will provide the invoice.

      6. Cash, check, or card payments will be accepted at the conference as well. Remember to keep all payment-related emails for your records.

    • The 2025 conference fee for Vendors is $500.
