William “Bill” Doelle was a founding member of the Tennessee Narcotic Officers Association and served on its Board of Directors for more than 20 years, including as President in 2024 and 2025. His leadership, dedication, and commitment to the law enforcement profession helped shape TNOA into the organization it is today.

Bill passed away unexpectedly on June 21, 2025, leaving behind a lasting legacy of service and leadership.
